Irregular Heart Beat On Blood Presessure Machine

Distance: 21 km.

Max: 1,138 m.

min height: 820 m.

Time: 5 hours

type linear.

Difficulty: Easy Hikers

Diego.

Building the bridge we went to Jaca August to spend three days Sara and me. Not wanting to take the car or do anything serious myself, I decided to make the first step of the way of Santiago but in reverse.

I left the apartment at 5:45 to walk closer to the park "Breakwater" which begins the path that leads along the valley.

As the road (No. 330) runs mainly along the right bank of the river Aragón but a few kilometers from the quarry to pony, trail and road runs along the left bank continuously except for a few Castiello meters.

I started down the road on the front and there was still light and still take in sunrise. Some moth and bat predator sensed around me. When riding alone in the dark road the senses are sharpened and any current sound or shadow which cramp in my sensitivity more arcane.

Several miles and we find with the quarry we stopped on the bridge that crosses the N-330. Always the road bridges cross the road below. Not till we reached the new wooden bridge that crosses the river that runs from " The Garcipollera " when I keep the front and begin to walk more safely. I get to Castiello, and I 6 km continuous few meters down the road trying to see the road. It is not there, you have to enter the village the village and climb to the top. You will find a few signs that tell us the GR 65. 3 direction by mites or Villanua GR 65.3.1 Alternative that continues along the left bank of the river, which will take. It's 7:00. Continued from castiello to Villanua and I'm surprised not to see any pilgrim on the way (it was still early).

Following the path between the trancurre design of road and river canfranero of Aragon came to Villanua about 8:45. Break with a drink and see that the boots are making me blisters as I never had (Do not understand why this is the first time I spend with these boots). About 9:15 am and continues at 9: 30 when I meet the first pilgrim Villanua and Canfranc between people. It did not take to reach Canfranc people, the longest stage is the one that goes from Castiello to Villanua and now I expected a narrow trail and a valley encased. We can see the river several feet below us as we walk down a corridor in the middle of the ravine.

Canfranc On arrival in town we get a stone bridge named "bridge pilgrim, not move into the small but friendly town and back to cross another bridge us into the path trancurre by a thick forest of oak, beech and hazel. This is the shortest stage, barely 3 km and a half.

Canfranc

At Station and I have come across several pilgrim and asked one of them wearing raincoat over time in the Somportñ. He tells me that rain, fog and cold. Upon reflection at the dam station Canfranc decided to get to the station and drink a beer to the Bar Mati. I believe that 21 Km is not bad and to go and get wet and cold when I have time is another remedy, not to mention the the blister.

It's 11:20, I finished my beer and called Sara who comes looking for me with the car ... Or thought I would walk back?, Lol ... everything will come ...

wikiloc I put a route from Santiago dell way

Somport to Jaca, I have written route is the same but from Jaca to Canfranc.

Friday, August 6, 2010.
Distance: 104 km
.
ascent: 2757 m.

Time: 18h 37min 29seg.

Difficulty: very difficult.

Hikers: Robert Pellicer, David Lapiedra and José Carlos Bes

, Victor Pellicer, until Talamantes.

hiking enthusiasts Aragon many of Spain and abroad will not need any presentation of this after going popular, but for l @ s who do not know I will try to put yourself in history.

The GR-260 "Moncayo-Calcena Back" is a route that allows you to turn the Moncayo Massif building roads, trails, forest trails, and small sections local roads that allow the Moncayo circle, between the provinces of Zaragoza and Soria. The route can be done on horseback, mountain bike or on foot, walking or running. There are also two forms of the past 40 to 20 km. Every 5 or 6 km away an aid station with water, Aquarius, bananas and oranges, and every 20 km there is a place with sandwiches, pasta, produces and backpack you have prepared with what you think you need.

The Calcena itself, born of the asso ciation cultural "Friends of the Villa de Calcena" has been held since 2002. All information can encentrarse on websites, www.calcenada.com , where they are profiles, times, participants and t rac route. The effort made so that everything runs normally is impressive, there are dozens of people involved voluntarily, for a few hundred walkers can enjoy this route. From here my admiration and gratitude for everything they get, you feel wrapped in mo ments very difficult and that gives you peace of mind. Special mention to the friends of the walkers dolls that are in all and of course, this also works.

Focusing on the test day, Roberto is the sixth edition, David his second, last year the two made 17:15 min., And I proposed to make this year, Victor , who had not done after going so long, also came in its first year, to see how it goes.

Calcena-Borobia 0-20 Km.

begins at 18h after going by road is reached at 6.5 miles to Purgujosa, from there go up the hill from the stage, oaks filled with 460m of vertical and des transcends from Soria to Borobia meseteñas plains.

In this first installment we apace, rising Robert and David are ahead, I will follow with their eyes and Victor you pick up a few minutes, but we regrouped in the hill and came together the first sandwich and stop with Borobia backpack.

Borobia 20-52 km San Martin de la Virgen del Moncayo.

Borobia is exited and continued to win the hill climb of the trance, with 310m of altitude, descend to Cueva de Agreda, its up to the hill of Canto Hincado (230m gap ) and down to San Martin.

night We left edge almost obia, although with good front haha \u200b\u200bor at least some of David shines shortly. Victor South to the hill and goes off at km 25 we see for the last time you prefer us Let's go ahead and not wait, start your test alone. The rest walk at a good pace, easy to pass the two passes and as we have good feelings and well hydrated and nourished by the aid stations, do not stop at km 40 is new backpacks and sandwiches. The descents of the hills trotted to release knees and that makes us save time and gives us encouragement. In the first 45 km ampule threat of Roberto, who will more and my first sore, if it is growing.

At this point we go without seeing almost anyone, the group of about 300 that have come to you ever broken up, the lights at night creates a snake of lights on the first pass.

km San Martin-Litago 52-60.

Litago is reached with cumulative altitude 190m, through Lituénigo, this piece belongs to the GR-90.

is a short distance, but essential in the route, David was up two eggs in the toes, their fans climbing and his tight climbing shoes and me blisters and I cover the base of the fingers of his right foot and some discomfort in the left shin, we had bad these miles, but we expect the doll Litago walkers with habitu the joy, pasta and sandwiches and good chairs to relax a bit and untarnos in SLR and bandage my feet.

Litago-Talamantes 60-82 Km.

Litago In track and go up to the central road Morea, Ascent 230m, descend to the recreation area Anon caves and walks nicely on the side of the river Huecha to Alcala de Moncayo, hence you get Talamantes to the road that leads to saving people a vertical drop of 305m, entering the village behind the castle.

are walking miles to get used to pain and blisters, at least for me, David is not going much better and Roberto encourages us and tells us the profile to make it easier psychologically the pace is good and the conversation on the downhills and flats is animated all help much, but every mile is longer and start the provisioning costs a lot, Part of the stops to put good bands.

The beauty of this section is to see dawn, the rocks of Herrera and Moncayo, light at last, and we first meet the great mass that we are surrounded.

We learn that Victor Talamantes retires, over 80 km and 60 km alone, with blisters, is worth admiring if not ended, congratulations Victor.

82-km-Calcena 104Talamantes

Talamantes We leave to the hermitage of San Miguel, after a few slides were beginning to ascend the hill of the Tonda, with 550m of vertical ascent accumulated after a long pass down to the highway and 5 km to Calcena by asphalt.

slides We walk together, but on the rise Roberto looks sharp and goes to his departure for us in the last supplies, 10 km d us out more and half hour an entire bull, David waiting for me and spent the Tonda well, but the descent is hell after 90km, about 8 km and 590m of vertical descent is endless, try jogging but we're going slower than walking, but with less pain, we no longer know which is better and each floor as you can. Just a smile at this piece, the joy of meeting with the girl in the st century, that I'm the last 20 km with full capacity Lorenzo, Elizabeth rejoiced this hard descent.

supplies arrived at last, there is Roberto waiting, and while we eat a packet of instant energy, that we did nothing, I find J ack, a friend who does have not seen, another smile to face the last km.

thought that the fall in the Tonda was the icing on the cake, but it is not the last 5 km road are mortal, it is noon in hot weather, David and Robert are ahead a few feet and I ducked head, grit your teeth and try not to stop (a phrase in honor Iker, who unfortunately could not come), I know if unemployment had not started, in the last km we group 3 and José María, one LORD (in capital letters) 59 years encouraging us with their conversation the last km, hopefully at her age can do about 104 km, but we note that recently did a 124km, awesome.

finishes, satisfied inside, outside is not noticed, photo s hugs with walkers, and shower with cold water, cold dip in the pool to relax, gauze, bandages, SLR, anti-inflammatory ointment and popular food, paella and salad, the truth is which costs up to chewing. We get on the road early and greet the borders to finish after going 40 km here you can see his chronicle , as always stick your pace, machines.

My personal opinion: I take it up as a challenge a year ago to get fit and lose some weight, I think it's important to have a reason. The road is long track, I prefer the trails, the most beautiful parts are passed at night, so enjoy the scenery is not removing the last 25km, which was so fucked that neither the enjoyment, not to suffer must be well prepared and it is not my case, 40 miles with blisters and shin as an eggplant not wish it on anyone, in conclusion I suffered a lot, as I remember, I wanted to mourn, but mentally I think sa have come, because you have come, and are slowly going the miles, to the satisfaction of reaching final erase the bad memories and make them laugh when bills. Back? Not now, but surely I will repeat, as my girlfriend, I'm a little jerk.

Until next time, but now I need a break ....

Monster Energyrist Bands

Reflection

A blown I thought the other day, and I upload to my blog, keep this in oblivion. Just for a moment: the stories are already starting to arrive ...

In the morning my brother talked about superheroes. Asked if there were, whether they were real, whether they were possible. My mom, eloquent, I said no, despite the attempts of children, which they named as superhero name heard in his life, always collided with a negative response.

I wanted to do something else. Make your dream a reality and to awaken in the morning with the news that a mysterious masked man running at the speed of lightning had saved the world from destruction, that the evening news is filled with images of a man jumping from building bat , and that people will point to the sky wondering what forwards it.

I wanted to be a bit like God.

And I began to think of many things. I do not know if it's a defect or a virtue, a gift or a curse, but my concentration is equal to zero, and between thought and thought, I came to a conclusion.

I like to have this, my blog, because here I am my own God.

Here I can give life to whatever character you like: good, bad, kind, cruel, ruthless, handsome, ugly, athletic, deformed ... I can do that from the ground arise any herbs you want, since the sky falls down what I please, that the wind sounds with melodies I choose. Here I can create, knitting, forget invent, destroy, I can be my best friend, my most careful father, the fighter of my brothers, the most ruthless opponent, the guitarist with stiff fingers, the singer with a hoarse voice, the tree with green leaves The dog's coat silkier, or noisy waterfall and beautiful of all.

But once I realized these things, I told myself, things that I have to do, that while not small but not too much either, I forget to take care of my world created by my hand, I can not yell at God, or whoever watch over us, if at some point I came to feel left on the road.

A Day in the JUNGLE IRATI (Pyrenees Navarro)

Saturday June 24, 2010

Distance: 18 km in total.

Type: in several parts.

Difficulty: Easy .

Hikers: Isabel and Jose Carlos.

advantage we spent the weekend in Ochagavía in the Valley of Salazar, one of the two valleys that form the Irati jungle in the Pyrenees, we dedicate a day to visit this amazing environment lost its beautiful forests.

Irati The Jungle is or n large territory (17,195 ha) that since ancient times has had a aprovechami ent livestock and forestry and hunting . It is situated in a basin surrounded by mountains, located largely in the valleys Aezkoa and Salazar. With a large natural and ecological value, is considered one of the largest do-haye fir Euro pa. La Selva's up mainly beech and, to a lesser extent, spruce and grassland quality.

The day the divide in 3 tours that tell you then we left Ochagavía and the first thing we have to do is climb up the mountains of Abodi, the NA-2102, is 15 km curves hell, especially if you auto-caravan, it is Justice, which leaves you in the parking lot Tapla , there you can access your summits are the Go ñiburu , Abodi , Idorrokia are small tours from 6 to 10 km , but to much cold air and is fully exposed, as the forests are coming down the valley, so I just stopped to take some pictures, is an impressive profile Aragon Pyrenees and decided to go down.

The rise is bad, but the descent is not better, a little tired of driving by those dollars, we stopped at the first parking lot to find and walk a bit to stretch my legs.

ROUTE 1

As I said, parked in the parking d first and down to the jungle, we walk a runway introduced into the impressive forest, there was route signs only environmental explanation, but that ent orno led us to delve to see what we found, we find the gr-11, which is reached on track after crossing the Pyrenees, the track seemed to lead to any site, so falling back to continue with self- caravan. Walk 5 km round trip linear, with 150m of altitude, deserved the penalty for beauty of the place.

see track map

continue along the road, and we finally got to c ASETA information or Irati house, after another 12 km of winding road and after passing a 2 nd parking. In the house we bought a map with all routes in the area and the young man recommended a couple of routes. Worth buying the map, although it is all very well marked.

ROUTE 2

This route is marked as SL-NA 63A goes from the house Irati that is conditioned to eat, I even make fire thing I was surprised, I thought that was forbidden in summer, rising by an impressive first path, which takes on the right track about 300m from the house of Irati, the path nscurre work by an impressive hayedal that after a good rolling hills, is flat to the forester's house, right on the edge of the reservoir Irabia.

In the reservoir lunch, after having gone above and 4 km to the dam it was time to regain strength, the landscape at the edge of the reservoir is idyllic.

The return is a path, if all well marked, leaving the house forest walk back a trail to the top and then the track main river next to Irati in the shade of huge trees , surrounded by other hikers. In total we have traveled 8.2 km and 250m gap, in this piece.

Go back to the car-trailer, and Elizabeth I was pleasantly surprised by his courage and pace on the walk, decide that enough is enough, their environment is water and not so used to walking. I however have seen a couple of places that are not far and I want to visit.

ROUTE 3

On the trail marked com or SL-NA 62A cascade leads to the hub, this and s an old trail that goes to France, along the river Urbaltzeta. In a little over 1.5 km and ind waterfall, stop a photic and back down to the parking greeting to Elizabeth in the car caravan, and butt 61A SL-NA, which less than 1km climb to the shrine of Our Lady Snow , I visit out there and decide to go down the same place, and to conclude the day. In this piece I have traveled about 4.5 km with about 150m of vertical.

View track map.

I know it's a bit messy, but anyway, the advice is to go and explore this stunning area, is one of the most beautiful forests and alive I've seen ever, and I am delighted that Elizabeth finally out in the blog, and you love wing station. Removing the road, which is to be patient, a perfect day in a spectacular forest.

Until next time ....
